13Standard Terms

These apply to every project. Read them, then confirm in the checklist below.

Confidentiality

Project files, drawings, and business information shared with me are kept confidential and used only to complete the agreed work. A separate NDA can be signed on request.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client owns all final deliverables produced under this agreement. Anonymized excerpts (no client-identifying data) may be used in my portfolio unless you opt out below.

Cancellation & Refunds

Either party may terminate with 7 days' written notice. Work already completed is billable. Upfront payments for work not yet started are refundable; payments for completed milestones are not.

Liability

I provide estimating, coordination, and technical support based on the information and files supplied by the client. Final review and approval of all figures, bids, and documents before submission remains the client's responsibility.

Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays caused by events outside reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet/power outages, government restrictions, or medical emergencies. Affected deadlines will be renegotiated in good faith.
